This study aims to describe: 1) the influence of organizational culture and leadership variables on the performance of MTs employees at KKMTs 1 Sidoarjo; 2) which variables have the most dominant influence on employee performance. This study is explanatory research using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that, partially, the influence of organizational culture and leadership on employee performance produced regression coefficients of 0.533 and 0.312, respectively, both of which were significantly influential with t-values greater than the table values and significance values of less than 0.05.  Simultaneously and significantly, organizational culture and leadership affect the performance of teachers and technical staff at MTs se KKMTs 1 Sidoarjo with an F-count value (72.606) greater than the F-table value (3.26) and an F-test significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The contribution of the independent variables to the dependent variable was 0.804, indicating that the performance of teachers and technical staff at MTs se KKMTs 1 Sidoarjo was influenced by the two independent variables by 80.4%, while 19.6% was influenced by other variables. This study also found that organizational culture is more dominant than leadership, as can be seen from the standard beta coefficient value, which is greater than the other variables. From the regression analysis, the following formula was obtained: Y = -2.174 + 0.533 X1 + 0.312 X2.
