Abstract

Plumbon Village, located in Porong District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java, possesses unique regional characteristics with significant potential in the pond fishery sector. Digital transformation at the village level has become an accelerative strategy to enhance the quality of public information services and expand the promotional reach of local potential in the technological era. This study aims to implement a website-based village potential map directly integrated with a Quick Response (QR) Code system as the primary medium for digital information access in Plumbon Village. The community service method employed includes field observations, participatory interviews with villagers and MSME stakeholders, web-based interface design, as well as the implementation and evaluation of QR Code usage at strategic locations across the village. The results indicate that this website-based potential map system provides residents and visitors with fast and efficient access to information via mobile devices. The implementation of this system not only supports the strengthening of Plumbon Village's image as an innovative digital village but also holds the potential to enhance local economic competitiveness and community independence through a sustainable and integrated information ecosystem.
