Abstract

This community service program is designed to empower embroidery SMEs in Ketegan Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency, through digital marketing training. Ketegan Village is one of the leading embroidery production centers in Sidoarjo, but business owners still face obstacles in expanding their market due to low digital literacy and limited understanding of online marketing strategies. The community service activities included training on creating business social media accounts, utilizing marketplace platforms, and digital branding strategies. The methods applied included participatory training, technical assistance, and questionnaire-based evaluation. The results of the activities showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of digital marketing, followed by increased online promotional activities for local embroidery products. These findings confirm that the integration of digital literacy in SMEs development can strengthen competitiveness and marketing capacity in the digital economy era
